Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own mic, instruments, laptop, or production gear if you prefer to work that way. We also have a strong in-house setup ready for you, so you can plug in and keep moving with minimal downtime.
For most sessions, you are able to reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before your session. If you reschedule within 72 hours, you will still be charged the entire cost of your booking. If your plans do change, let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to help you move the session. Because we run a live booking diary, timing matters — so the sooner you reach out, the more flexibility we usually have.
Yes — if we have availability in the live diary, we can often accommodate same-day or short-notice bookings. The best thing to do is contact us as soon as possible and we’ll check the schedule for you straight away.
For the smoothest workflow, send us any session files, reference tracks, stems, instrumentals, or notes in advance if you have them. That gives us time to prepare the routing, session layout, and technical setup so we can start creatively, not administratively.
For the cleanest workflow, please send WAV or AIFF files where possible, ideally 24-bit and at the original sample rate of your session. If you’re sending stems, label them clearly and make sure everything starts from the same point so we can load the session cleanly. If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll guide you.
No — if you’re hiring the studio for dry hire, you can book the room on its own. If you’d like a sound engineer, tracking support, or a more hands-on production setup, we’ll build that into your session so you get the right level of support.
Turnaround depends on the length of your session, the number of stems, and how much revision you need. Smaller mix jobs can often move quickly, while larger projects are scheduled with you in advance. Once we’ve reviewed your material, we’ll give you a realistic delivery window and keep you updated throughout the process.
You can pay with credit or debit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. If you’re booking a bespoke session or a larger production block, we can talk you through the payment process when you get in touch.
Yes, we do. Gift cards are available for studio time and selected services, making them a great choice if you want to give someone a session without choosing the exact date or format for them. Get in touch and we’ll help you set up the right option.

Got a question? Our team will get back to you within 30 minutes.
