Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations or reschedules can be made 72 hours or more in advance without any penalty. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable; or if you have a studio pass, you will lose your credits. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the full amount of the session fee will be due. We reserve the right to cancel a session with any amount of notice for any reason. In the event of such cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made will be fully refunded. REFUNDS Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframes will be processed promptly. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. All sessions are subject to a non-refundable deposit, payable at the time of booking. This deposit secures your session slot and will be deducted from the total session cost. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR STUDIO PASSES, however, you are granted a 24 hour grace period in the event you change your mind. NO SHOWS If you do not show up for the scheduled session without prior notice, the full amount of the session fee will be due.
